Provided below are a list of Agreements and brief synopsis of <br /> each that have been reviewed by the County Attorney's Office. Staff is requesting that the <br /> Manager be authorized approve these Agreements. <br /> 1. Parties to Contract: Durham Technical Community College and Orange County <br /> (Information Technologies Department) <br /> a. Services: Windows 7/Microsoft Office transition training for a maximum of 16 <br /> employees. Classes will take place in the Orange County Computer Training Lab <br /> on West Campus. There will be fourteen sessions, each to run from either 9:00 <br /> a.m. to noon or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br /> b. Amount: not to exceed $4,200 <br /> 2. Parties to Contract: Durham Technical Community College and Orange County <br /> (Human Resources) <br /> a. Services: Microsoft Office 2010 classes in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, <br /> and Excel training for a maximum of 16 employees. Classes will take place in the <br /> Orange County Computer Training Lab on West Campus. There will be five <br /> sessions, each to run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br />
