13 <br />ATTACHMENT C <br />MIXED LOAD PENALTY <br />A Mixed Waste Penalty (MLP) is levied against loads disposed of at the Orange County <br />Landfill that contain clean wood, metal, whole pallets, white goods, tires and/or <br />corrugated cardboard. A MLP is paid at the cost of double tip fee charge. Tickets will be <br />compiled and sent out with monthly statements. <br />11 <br />
