Container Description" to have a Nproperly sealed" container? <br />Weunderstand atioutnon-leaking containment, but th€s seems to be referring to something <br />else. ? Tile container must have a lid or cover that closes tightly or is flush v~ith the body t~f <br />the container to prevent rodents or any ether veotc~rs from crawling in. <br />3. If the. carts are required to have liners, why,are they also required to b8 cleaned after each <br />service? Are all containers serviced after each service:, without fail? Presently, in what manner <br />are they cleaned? ?The carts are nit required ta:have €iners~ t~nly a few places use liners. <br />Euen in the case of the lined coma{Hers; if bags breaks andlor the iids.get food, waste on <br />them; they are:washed out.
