We believe Brooks Contractor has provided <br />exceptional service and showed great willingness to work with our customers. At some sites, we have <br />done this by providing minor modifications to our service that benefit the waste generator greatly, <br />although it may provide more work for Brooks Contractor and its employees. We strive to satisfy the <br />customer's needs and assist in any way possible to lessen the.burden-and create a positive attitude <br />surrounding fooctdiversion. <br />6. Technical Expertise <br />Brooks Contractor and- Brooks Compost Facility are in good standing with ali local and state regulatory <br />agencies. Brooks- Contractor has been responsible for operating afood-collection and composting <br />program for approximately twelve years, and was one of the first in the country to develop a program of <br />its kind. Through the vision and common-sense approach of founder Dean Brooks, Orange County Solid <br />Waste found a solution to agrowing organics recycling neesf. Together with the county, the Br-ooks team <br />was able to envision a "closed-loop" system in which the county's organics waste stream could become <br />a valuable re-introduction to the_county's landscape and farming system and the county's food <br />suppliers. It's awin-win situation for all parties involved, and everyone has regained a sustainable <br />approach. Brooks Contractor is proud to have provided the county with working solutions then, and <br />would be proud to continue meeting and exceeding theirexpectations inworking together towards a <br />common goal surrounding along-standing relationship. <br />Outside of the county we service nearly 70 locations including several universities, government <br />agencies, large groceries, restaurants, schools, and RTP cafeterias. Afterjoining our food residuals <br />collection, many customers have been able to reduce their total waste stream, as well as divert high <br />percentages of organics from the waste stream.
