The due date has been extended until May 24, 2011 at 5:00 pm. Tfie first day of new Food Waste and <br />Organic Waste Contract shall be September 1, 2011. <br />2. A sign in sheet from the-pre proposal is attached <br />3. All questions- must be submitted before May 17, 2011 at 3:00 pm <br />4. Page 2 of this addendum contains questions that were submitted as well as the Counts answers <br />5. The per-ton cost of se~rice-for Food Waste Collection for future Fiseal Years will be negotiated annually, with <br />any_ increase in the per-ton cost not to exceed an inflation factor of three percent (3%) with justification. <br />All other terms and conditions shall remain the same <br />By: David -E.
