2 <br />The Human Resources Director or designee will be responsible for receiving and responding to <br />complaints made by employees, applicants or other individuals accessing County employment, <br />facilities and services who feel they have been subjected to disability discrimination. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with approving the addition of <br />Article II, Sections 1.5 and 1.6 and Section 3.0 to the Personnel Ordinance since the County <br />already complies with the ADAAA and has along-standing practice of providing reasonable <br />accommodation to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the addition of <br />Article II, Sections 1.5 and 1.6 and Section 3.0 Disability and Reasonable Accommodation to <br />the Orange County Personnel Ordinance and renumber the remaining ordinance sections of <br />Article II, effective immediately. <br />
