closed session to discuss in very specific terms the performance of an employee under the Manager's <br />supervision. <br />The Board thanked Dr. Jenne for all the work he has invested in this document. Manager <br />Link made reference to Part One of the instrument and stated that it would aid him to have examples of <br />certain areas of the document. In terms of structure for board agendas, he would appreciate knowing the <br />Board objectives for changing the structure for board agendas. <br />There is no additional financial impact to Orange County. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Carey to <br />approve providing a written response to Dr. Jenne after summer break. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />b.
