2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds are within the Efland Sewer Expansion Fund to cover the costs of <br />the purchase and accommodate the other in-kind and/or contracted professional services of <br />subdividing, recording, and closing, which will amount to $6,000 in addition to the $25,000 <br />purchase price. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />1. Approve the purchase of approximately 1.3 acres; <br />2. Authorize the Chair to sign the contract on behalf of the County, subject to final review <br />by staff and County Attorney; and <br />3. Instruct the County Attorney and staff to schedule and complete a closing on the property <br />expected to occur on or about June 30, 2011. <br />
