Section III <br />Please note that the two processes (CIP and CAPS) are on separate but parallel tracks. However, <br />the CIP does create a crossover of capacity information between the two processes. For <br />example, the Schools APFO system for both school districts that will be established /initiated / <br />certified each year in November and is based on prior year created and / or planned CIP capacity <br />and current school year membership.
