61 <br />Mc Latham is actively involved with the development of programs designed to assist <br />local, state, federal, non-government organizations, and private sectors in all-hazards <br />emergency preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation activities. <br />• Bryan Milling, Data Manager- Mr. Milling joined Neel-Schaffer in 2005 managing <br />debris removal data entry and processing following Hurricane Katrina. As a Certified <br />Horticulturist, he has worked closely with local Urban Foresters and Arborists in <br />Hurricane Katrina recovery projects along the Mississippi Gulf Coast as well as the Ice <br />Storms that ravaged parts of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Kentucky in recent <br />years. <br />Mr. Milling began his disaster work as part of the Army Corps of Engineers Blue Roof <br />team following Hurricane Katrina. Since joining Neel-Schaffer, he has provided services <br />as aRight-of--Entry (ROE) inspector, Field Monitor, Tower Monitor, Field Supervisor and <br />Data Manager. <br />• Shane Bergin, PE, PTOE, Data Manager- Mr. Bergin has significant experience in <br />debris management and civil engineering design that includes utility and transportation <br />design and construction administration services. He has extensive debris removal data <br />management experience involving numerous debris projects related to Hurricanes Ike <br />and Katrina. Mr. Bergin's experience is also comprised of preparation of stormwater <br />calculations, implementation of land codes and permit applications. He has provided <br />assistance to Project Managers on various roadway, drainage and utility projects. <br />• Travis McCoy, Operations Manager- Mr. McCoy served as an Operations Manager <br />on several debris monitoring projects including the City of Taylor Lake Village following <br />Hurricane Ike and Greene County, AR following the 2009 winter ice storm.Mr. McCoy <br />began his career with Neel-Schaffer in 2001 as a project inspector. <br />• Alane C. Young, RPG, Environmental Specialist- Ms. Young has 23 years of <br />experience in managing hydro-geological and environmental projects on the Mississippi <br />Gulf Coast. For the past 4 years, the focus of her experience has been assisting local <br />government and non-profit agencies in Hurricane Katrina recovery projects. These <br />projects include all phases of environmental site assessments, investigation and <br />remediation as well as NEPA environmental assessments to satisfy federal funding <br />requirements. <br />~~~ NEEI.-SCRAPPER <br />t ~ s-moo... y-.. o., mna ..pe.. <br />
