19 <br />C. PUBLIC ASSISTANCE CONSULTING SERVICES <br />As directed by the County, the consultant shall provide: <br />1) Identification of eligible emergency and permanent work (Category A-G); <br />2) Damage Assessment <br />3) Assistance in attaining Immediate Needs Funding; <br />4) Prioritization of recovery workload; <br />5) Loss measurement and categorization; <br />6) Insurance evaluation, documentation adjusting and settlement services; <br />7) Project Worksheet formulation, generation and review. <br />8) FEMA, FHWA, HMGP, CDBG, NRCS and additional reimbursement support; <br />9) Staff augmentation with experienced Public Assurance Coordinators and Project <br />Officers; <br />10) Interim inspections, final inspections, supplemental Project Worksheet generation and <br />final review; <br />11) Appeal services and negotiations; <br />12) Reconstruction and long-term infrastructure planning; and <br />13) Final review of all emergency and permanent work performed. <br />END OF SCOPE <br />RFP 5167 -PAGE 8 OF 11 <br />
