Box 8181, Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />OWNERS: Town of Hillsborough - P.O. box 429, Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES <br />PROJECT ADDRESS: 195 Torain Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />PARCEL IDENTIFICATION Orange County = 9865-72-5684 <br />NUMBERS: Town of Hillsborough = 9865-82-2122 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: All of the 25.40 acres (owned by the Town of Hillsborough) shown as Recombined Area `B' <br />on the plat and survey by Sununit Consulting entitled "Final Plat Recombination Survey <br />Property Surveyed for Town of Hillsborough" recorded in Plat Book 104, Page 194, of the <br />Orange County Registry, and all of the 10.01 acres (owned by Orange County) shown as Lot 5 <br />on the plat and survey by Summit Consulting entitled "Fairview Park-Phase 1" recorded in Plat <br />Book 104, Page 129, of the Orange County Registry, hereinafter refereed to as "the property". <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />The project consists of a public park containing a picnic shelter with 2 restrooms, a new ball field, 3 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, <br />one volleyball court; a playground, horseshoe pit, paved walking track/trail and a 44-space parking lot. 3 stormwater BMP devices <br />consisting of one bio-retention cell and 2 grassed swales are provided on site. A copy of the approved plans for the project is on file <br />with the Town of Hillsborough Planning Department. <br />OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS <br />The property owner will keep a maintenance record on these BMPs. This maintenance record will be kept in a log in a known set <br />location on the project site. Any deficient BMP elements noted in the inspection will be corrected, repaired or replaced immediately. <br />These deficiencies can affect the integrity of structures, safety of the public, and-the removal efficiency of the BMPs. <br />Important operation and maintenance procedures: <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
