12. MINUTES- NONE <br />13. CLOSED SESSION "To discuss the County's position and to instruct the County Manager and County <br />Attorney on the negotiating position regarding the terms of a contract to purchase real property", NCGS <br />§ 143-318.11(a)(5); To consult with the County Attorney employed or retained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board of <br />County Commissioners - General Statutes 143-318.11(3). <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis, to adjourn <br />into Closed Session "To discuss the County's position and to instruct the County Manager and County <br />Attorney on the negotiating position regarding the terms of a contract to purchase real property", NCGS <br />§ 143-318.11(a)(5); To consult with the County Attorney employed or retained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board of <br />County Commissioners - General Statutes 143-318.11(3). <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />14. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items to consider, Chair Gordon adjourned the meeting.
