Freehold <br />Land Surveys is licensed by the State of North Carolina to practice the .profession of Land <br />Surveying_ We have been serving the legal, real estate, construction and governmental <br />communities since 1974. Our office is in Carrboro and we are proud of our reputation. Our primary <br />areas of practice are: boundary surveys; topographic surveys; construction stake-outs; elevation <br />certificates; and real estate closing surveys. We have previousty surveyed the subject property of <br />this proposal in 24fl7. <br />The scope of this survey will entail updating the current surrey {confirming the location of <br />manumen#s}, marking the boundaries, noting any encroachments; and overlaying the Orange <br />County GiS two foot contours <br />1 personally, will be directing and supervising the work described above.
