The EPA has completed its review and replied with a letter dated <br />April 7, 2011 stating their records did not yield any nviro me t l concems alid/or storage tank <br />permit violations pertaining to the subject site. NCDENR has completed its review and on April 6, 2011, <br />replied with an e-mail stating their files did not yield any reported UST or petroleum non -UST <br />releases at the subject site. The weather did not limit TCG in performing the subject site inspection. <br />TM was not escorted during the subject site reconnaissance. Photographs were taken with a digital camera and are included in Appendix v1. <br />642 k n# a i <br />The nine acre subject site is located in a residential and for s ed area of Orange County, at the <br />intersection of Schoolhouse Road and Titinin Road$ <br />The subject site reconnaissance began in the northeast portion of PIN 9845-40-5022. The plant <br />cone unity in this section is dominantly pine plantation. This community appears to have bern <br />ortnerl t planted for Pines and is in the process of succession. The pines are approximately <br />years old with an average diameter at breast height 1 If bet e n 8-10 inches. To the cast of <br />the subject site is an abandoned house that is uninhabitable due to the state of disrepair. within <br />the subject site boundary is a fallen utility pole (Photo 1). It is assumed that this utility pole was <br />once the provider of eleetricity to this abandoned house. <br />Along the southern edge of the parcel is a de ring that appears to have been created as a utility <br />line right-of-way.
