The PINs of these parcels are 9844-49-3706 (2.936 acres ) and <br />9845-40-5022 (6.048 acres). Tile subject site is located in Orange Cour t r, NC, at the <br />intersection of Schoolhouse Road SR 1314) and Tian n Road SR 1313). <br />According to t[ie surveyors for Habitat for Humanity, the northern boundary of PIN 9845-40- <br />5022 is not legally clean. Mr. Tracy Parrot of Summit Cmisulting - Engineering, Architecture, <br />and Surveying, PLLC, states "various property lilies exist for the north rn propes ies, depending <br />on wiliell version you review."
