USE (CU) DISTRICT <br />.4PPLiCA'd'IONo <br />On April 20, 2011 planning staff forwarded the applicant's Application for Environmental <br />Assessment and Site flan to the State Clearinghouse for review (S coping Document) by the <br />various State Clearinghouse agencies. <br />The State 3O --day review period began on May , 2011 and ergs on June 6, 2011. <br />Staff has received four responses from the following agencies: NC ENR, North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation (Raleigh Office), the Depailment of Cultural Resources and <br />Orange County ERC . No negative impacts from the proposal were noted by any agency. <br />Additionally, there were no changes recommended to the project. Additionally, staff has <br />forwarded the application internally and externally through the normal agency review process. <br />Based on the applicant's application and adherence to a minimal disturbance on the site, <br />protection of streams and natural areas, a Biological Inventory that determines no protected <br />species or flora will be impacted, staff makes a Finding of No Significant Impact. <br />I <br />Glenn R.
