Further, DOT officials have indicated they will want to see twenty-foot paved <br />roadway cross - sections with grassed sale. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Public He : The costs associated with the scheduling and <br />advertising of this pubic hearing was approximately ately $ 439.11 and <br />included: <br />$17.22 covering postage for 41 first class letters notifying <br />adjacent property owners of the Neighborhood Information <br />Meeting held on May 9, 201'1, <br />$287.00 for the newspaper legal advertisement, <br />$134.89 covering postage for 41 certified letters notifying <br />adjacent property owners of the May Quarterly Public <br />Fearing, <br />The applicant's application submittal fee covered the costs of these <br />items. <br />Water: The waterlines will be installed at the cost of the applicant and <br />turned over to OAWS for maintenance. <br />Sever: There will be serer cost impacts to the County under the <br />current usage billing methods as detailed herein. <br />Schools: Currently, the School Impact l=ee per single - family SF unit <br />is $4,686.00. 'his fee is scheduled to go up in January 2012 to <br />$5#628.00. Ultimately, ately, if all units commence construction after <br />January 1, 2012, the school Impact fee generated by the project will <br />be $ 1571444.00. <br />Streets: All streets will be maintained by N CDOT through its yearly <br />budget allocations. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manning Director recommends the Board: <br />1. Receive the CU application, <br />2. Conduct the Public Hearing and accept public, BOCC and Planning Board sworn <br />testimony on the application, <br />3. Refer the ratter to the Planning Board with a request that a recommendation be returned <br />to the County Board of Commissioners in time for the September 20, 2011 BOCC <br />regular meeting, and <br />4. AdjOUrn the public hearing until September* 2, 2011 in order to receive the planning <br />
