Strong oral and written skills. <br />Human Resources Subject Matter Complete comprehension of your organizational structure, salary <br />Expert grades, job positions, benefits, union contracts, employee handbook, <br /> human resource actual practices, and human resource documented <br /> policies and reporting needs. Strong oral and written skills. <br />Technical Lead Experienced with databases, Web servers, application servers, <br /> backups/restores, and database performance tuning. <br />Technical Team Should have a good understanding of the customer's applications, the <br /> network, the underlying technical environment and tools, and the <br /> business/functional environment and requirements. <br />Database Administrator (optional) Experienced with performance tuning, backup and recovery plan <br /> creation, implementation of database engines and maintenance of test <br /> and production environments. <br /> <br />County of Orange SOW 020311 -R3M.docx Kronos Confidential Page 7 <br />
