RATIONALE <br />• Purpose/Mission <br />In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8 Zoning Atlas and Unified <br />Development Ordinance Amendments of the Unified Development Ordinance, <br />the Planning Director has initiated an amendment to the Zoning Atlas to rezone <br />all undeveloped parcels of property north of Interstates 85/40, east of Mt. Willing <br />Road south of the railroad right-of--way, and west of the US 70 Connector.
