<br />Agenda Automation Questions <br />the meeting for those who might want to use it -the same laptops we would have for <br />the Planning Board and other boards with whom we meet jointly. <br />I would like to have some ideas about how other board handle this. I find it hard to <br />respond without having some suggestions since this is not the area of expertise for <br />BOCC members. <br />So long as other bodies have timely access to electronic agendas and materials, it <br />would be at their option to either bring appropriate hardware or provide paper <br />materials to their members. I do not think equipment (unless permanently installed) <br />should be supplied for meetings. It is no harder to bring a laptop than it is to bring a <br />printed agenda.
