r~ <br />Agenda Automation Questions <br />12) Any other questions, concerns or feedback? <br />Please share with us any additional issues you think should be considered as we <br />research agenda automation solutions. <br />I wish staff had followed through years ago on the directive from chair, vice chair, and <br />manager to institute an annual Commissioner Computer Wellness Program. This was <br />meant to monitor the functionality of county machines, upgrades of security and other <br />software, and provide an opportunity for one-on-one tutorials and Q&A. Still would like <br />to see this happen. Had it been put into place when directed, we would have a more <br />computer-literate board and a transition to paperless agenda might be more intuitive and <br />seamless. <br />I would like to have more information based on others' experience and information on <br />net costs/savings and whether the net cost/saving depends on the implementation plan. <br />5/10/2011 Orange County Information Technologies Page 14 of 14 <br />
