The individual is already <br />getting a lot less in terms of benefits. County employees cannot afford paying any <br />significant % of this type of increase with the taxes we pay in this county and the <br />drastic increase in cost of living that we are experiencing without any cost of living or <br />in line increases in the last 2 years. <br />11 <br />
