FINANCIAL IMPACT: The Board awarded a contract in the amount of $71,500 on June 15, <br />2010. However, negotiations between the consultant and staff yielded a final contract total of <br />$65,600 without affecting the scope of the study. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board receive and discuss the study <br />and provide comments to staff and the consultant as may be appropriate. Further efforts will <br />require FY 2011-12 budget actions based upon the direction taken. <br />
