~. <br />EXHIBIT C <br />Scone of Services <br />Services to be provided are in accordance with the February 28, 2007 HOME Program Funding <br />Application from the Community Home Trust. <br />HOME funds will be used to offset the construction and soft costs associated with the <br />development of a 58 unit apartment complex for low-income families. Specifically, the <br />apartment schedule is as follows: <br />11 Two Bedroom units at or less than 40% of Area Median Income <br />4 Three Bedroom units at or less than 40% of Area Median Income <br />15 Two Bedroom units at or less than 50% of Area Median Income <br />6 Three Bedroom units at or less than 50% of Area Median Income <br />16 Two Bedroom units at or less than 60% of Area Median Income <br />6 Three Bedroom units at or less than 60% of Area Median Income <br />
