2.16 Record and Reports. <br />Agent will prepare all records and reports as outlined in the Management Agreement, <br />Section 16. <br />Agent will keep a copy of each resident's application for admission to the Property in the <br />resident's Zile. All occupancy and resident information collected must be retained for the <br />appropriate time period as required by Section 42 of the Internal Revenue. This includes, <br />without limitation, data on current applicants and residents, and applications from people <br />who were never admitted. <br />ARTICLE 3 -RESIDENT AND MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIPS <br />3.1 Residential Safety Program. <br />a. Agent understands the difficult balance of providing an environment that can <br />maximize resident and local government involvement in steps to best promote <br />safety for all who come on the property. Agent will rigorously promote this <br />involvement while meeting its own obligation to thoroughly screen applicants and <br />enforce lease compliance. <br />b.
