Within ten (10) days, the Contractor must <br />submit this proposal or notify the Architect, in writing, of the date on which proposal submission is <br />anticipated. <br />THIS IS NOT A CHANGE ORDER, A FIELD ORDER OR A DIRECTION TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK <br />DESCRIBED IN PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Make the following revisions to the Work to address plan review comments made by Orange County <br />Building Inspections. <br />• Drawing C2.0: Provide directional signage between accessible parking space and building <br />entrances at locations indicated. <br />• Drawing C2.1: Add Detail 12/C2.1-Accessible Route Signage. <br />• Drawing A1.2: Provide power for vending machines in Break Room 105A at locations shown in <br />Sketch SDA-002. <br />• Drawing A1.3: <br />o Expand Staff Toilet 139 to comply with ADA; demolish CMU wall centered on column <br />and build Type A partition where shown in Sketch SDA-001. <br />o Relocate lavatories and hand-dryers in Toilets 106 & 130 to provide clearances required <br />by ADA, as shown in Sketch SKA-3.3rev. <br />• Drawing A1.6: Revise millwork shown in Details 1, 2 & 13/A1.6 to comply with ADA. <br />
