Maps Showing Locations of Projects <br />INFORMATION CONTACT: <br />Craig Benedict, Planning Director, <br />245 2592 <br />Perdita Holtz, Planning Systems <br />Coordinator, 245-2575 <br />PURPOSE: To consider approval of the legal advertisement for items to be presented at the <br />joint Board of County CommissionerslPlanning Board Quarterly Public Hearing scheduled for <br />May 23, 2011. <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners .reviews proposals to be considered at <br />public hearing for consistency with general County policy and presentation format. The <br />fiollowing items are scheduled for the May 23,.2411 quarterly Public Hearing: <br />Developer Initiated <br />1. Conditional Use District SCUD} rezoning <br />Subdivision in Efiland <br />2. Class A Special Use Permit application <br />Schoo! <br />application in conjunction with a Major <br />proposing development of a Montessori <br />County Government Initiated <br />3. 2030 Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments <br />4 & 5.2030 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element Map Amendments <br />G. Unified Development Ordinance TextAmendments <br />7. Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />The attached legal advertisement (Attachment 1) provides additional information regarding <br />these items. The maps in Attachment 2 show the location of land-based items. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Other than advertising costs, which are included in the FY 2010-11 <br />Budget, there are no direct financial impacts associated with the approval of this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the proposed May <br />23, 2011 Quarterly Public Hearing legal advertisement (Attachment 1). <br />
