This enables non-profits <br />to pay these fees without passing the costs or1 to the prospective renters or <br />homebuyers.. lith this reimbursement, the Board works to alleviate barriers to <br />affordable housing. ~~::. <br />Strategies have been designed to help eliminate or reduce the impact of the <br />identified barriers.
