At its May 3, X011 meeting, the Drange County Board of Commissioners will consider <br />the following projects to expend the estimated FY 2011~~D1~ HOME Program funds. <br />It should be Hated that the HUD estimate as of this date is approximately 9°/° less <br />than the FY 2010 funding level which was used during the first half of the public <br />comment period. <br />Homeowne,rsh,ip Assistance <br />Funds would be allocated to the Community Home Trust to assist first time <br />homebuyers earning less than 8o percent of the area median income to purchase <br />homes county-wide.
