CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br />Remarkable technology. At that time, DPSI and its authorized <br />agent shall no longer provide such services unless, and <br />until, a new Customer Support Agreement is entered <br />into and the first payment installment collected. <br />7.9 TAXES. The fees payable under this Agreement shall <br />not include local, state, or Federal sales, use, excise, <br />personal property or other similar taxes or duties and <br />any such taxes shall be assumed and paid by the Client <br />except those taxes based on the net income of DPSI. <br />7.10 GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be <br />governed and interpreted in accordance with the <br />substantive law of the State of North Cazolina and the <br />United States of America. <br />3 <br />
