28 <br />4. Funding Approval Conditions, Continued <br />F. Use of Experienced CDBG Administrator:- <br />No funds may be obligated or expended for the administration activity until the recipient has <br />submitted a statement signed by the CEO stating that they will be using an experienced CDBG <br />administrator or local government staff. This person should be one who has actually administered <br />more than one (1) CDBG project.
