For the most part the <br />13 existing site will stay the same with the exception of converting some of those spaces on <br />14 the north end to compact spaces because of the addition. And then the canopy area is <br />15 going to be enclosed for offices. But, other than that, the majority of the work will be on the <br />16 .new portion to the south. The way the profile looks, you would have asix-foot " - _-_~ : ~"- -~~ <br />34 walkway. You would have curb and gutter, you would have a 16-foot travel lane, a 14-foot <br />35 travel lane. It's a 14 -16-foot, it's 30 plus the six feet - 36. Same way on the other side - <br />36 would be 76. And they're calling fora 25-foot medium - it would really have to be 24. That's <br />37 the way it'd work. <br />38 <br />39 Craig Benedict One comment about the alignment of the Oakdale and Oakdale Drive <br />40 Extension, you can see... we have discussions with DOT about how that would be made a <br />41 little more perpendicular through here. So the acquisition of additional right-of--way may be <br />42 on ... the other side, looks like has been accommodated on the Oakdale side. But a 100 <br />43 foot cross section across that area there no sidewalk has been accounted for. This would <br />44 remain here. Even with this 100 foot cross section you would not have Landscaping right at <br />45 this intersection but would internally. But farther down Old 86 there would be a four-lane <br />46 divided highway. And that's what is approved in the Hillsborough Economic Development <br />47 District proper. We've also talked with NCDOT - it probably will have to be Hillsborough - <br />48 about possible right turn lane improvements here, whether it's through some small urban <br />49 money, you know, working with Hillsborough. There has been a need in this intersection for <br />
