2 <br /> <br />1. The existing full access drive on OId NC 86 appears to function satisfactorily and <br />may be retained. <br />2. The proposed new driveway is too close to Millstone Drive and should not be <br />constzucted. No additional access to Old NC 86 should.be constructed. <br />3. A public right of way 50' from the existing center line of Old NC 86 and 40' from <br />the centerline of Oakdale Drive should be dedicated to accommodate the proposed <br />TIP project and future improvements if possible. <br />4. Connectivity to adjacent property is encouraged to ultimately provide an access <br />across from Millstone Drive. <br />S. On site flow should be managed bo prevent a traffic queue on to Old NC 8b.
