GA~r~r )~. <br />SECRETARY <br />SUBJECT: Final Plan Review: State Employees Credit Union <br />(Hillsborough) <br />Dear Mr. Kirk: <br />This office has completed its review of the subject's proposed <br />final plans for compliance with current Department of Transportation <br />minimum construction standards. We wish to advise that the final <br />plans received at this office on 12 September 1997 are under standby <br />status awaiting revisions. Pursuant to any approval, this office <br />will require the. owner/developer to meet the following requirements <br />before starting any construction. <br />1. Prior to any construction of any new access or alteration of any <br />existing access within the right of way, the developer/owner is <br />required to secure a permit with this office. It is the <br />responsibility of the owner/developer to obtain a permit. <br />_._ <br />_ _ ~_ .: _: _ ., :v: _~ <br />- _ _ __ <br />" 2- During the constru_ctZOn, it 1s _the- responsibility of the _ <br />owner/developer to'provide verification certifying that the <br />roadway surface, drainage, and seeding satisfies the approved <br />design outside the State's right of way. ~ • <br />3. When working within the State's right of way, the • <br />owner/developer will contact the Graham District Office before <br />each of the following phases: (A) Drainage, (B). Grading, fC) <br />Placement of base,. (D) Paving, and (E) Seeding. Failure to <br />notify this office before each phase of construction may justify <br />a verification certified and signed by a professional engineer. <br />5. <br />Any area within the State's right of way and/or easements <br />disturbed during the construction and/or maintenance shall be <br />repaired to the satisfaction of the District Engineer or his <br />representative. <br />A <br />~. ~% <br />
