Developer dedicates an additional five feet of right-of--way along Oakdale Road. <br />2. Developer dedicates additional right-of--way to create a 50-foot right-of--way from the center <br />_ line of Old NC 86 to the property line. <br />3. Developer dedicates a 35-foot by 35-foot triangle at the intersection of the two rights-oE way. <br />4.
