Fairview Park: <br />Contractor: McQueen Construction, Bahama North Carolina <br />Designer: Corley, Redfoot, Zack, Chapel Hill North Carolina <br />Location: 195 Torain Street, Hillsborough North Carolina <br />Budget: $1,615,023.00 <br />Description: <br />Construction of a 75 acre park in the Fairview community of Hillsborough, <br />featuring a ball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, a picnic shelter, <br />playground, and a walking track. This project received a grant from the <br />Parks and Recreation Trust Fund ("PARTF"). <br />Status: <br />The project is complete and opened to the public on April 9, 2011. <br />
