28 <br />4. Funding Approval Conditions, Continued <br />F. Use of Experienced CDBG Administrator• <br />No funds may be obligated or expended for the administration activity until the recipient has <br />submitted a statement signed by the CEO stating that they will be using an experienced CDBG <br />administrator or local government staff. This person should be one who has actually administered <br />more than one (1) CDBG project. Please note that if issues result from the CDBG administrator, <br />the local government will be subject to 4 NCAC 19L. <br />County of Orange 2 10-C-2125 <br />
