The recreation center <br />and Park Hillsborough includes meeting/activity rooms and a <br /> gymnasium. <br /> 11-acre park is co-located with Efland- <br /> Cheeks Elementary School. It features a <br /> Richmond Road, off lighted multi-purpose field, two small <br />Efland-Cheeks US-70 West in ballfields, a lighted walking track, two <br />Park Efland and Cheeks picnic shelters, a playground, a <br /> Township community center, two lighted basketball <br /> courts and trails. <br /> Joint partnership with Hillsborough. 67- <br /> acre park includes youth baseball field, <br /> picnic area, a new playground with <br />Fairview Park Northern recommended plans for "Phase 2" facilities <br /> <br />(Expansion Hillsborough on to include lighted basketball courts, <br />lighted youth baseball/softball field, an <br />planned) Rainey Avenue additional new playground, picnic shelter <br /> and restrooms, a lighted walking track, <br /> trails, three tennis courts, and a volleyball <br /> court. <br /> 27,000 square foot building with two <br />Homestead Park Eastern end of <br />Homestead Rd in Pools, locker rooms, lobby, classroom, <br />Aquatic Center Chapel Hill and offices to be located on the existing <br /> Homestead Park site. <br /> Created in partnership with Durham <br /> County and non-profit groups, the 391- <br /> . acre regional park and natural area <br /> Along border of protects a natural heritage corridor along <br />Little River Orange and the Little River.
