The plan <br />v~ould cover FY ~0~0-~ ~, FY ~0~ ~-~~~~ and FY 20~~ ~- ~~~~. during FY 20~ ~-~g~ the region <br />uvauld remain intact, but libraries v~rauld ~var[c to~rard full compliance pith State Aid regulations. <br />In FY ~a~~#20~ libraries vuould be independent systems, but selected services as outlined in <br />the transition plan v~ould remain and ~rould be administered by grange bounty <br />~n April ~ , 2~ ~ ~ , the H RL Board ~ri~~ formally vote an the proposal for disoiution and <br />transition timeline.
