This is due in large part to having no water or sower infrastructure available to support development Design and ultimately construction of water and <br /> sewer infrastructure in this EDD will remove one of the barriers to development in the area. Design of water and sewer infrastructure to serge this area will have to <br /> await an agreement with the City of Durham that has this area within their urban growth boundary. This area is generally the land that is bounded by Mt Herman <br /> Church load to the west, the Int rstat s 40185 to the north and old Hwy 10 to the south along the US 70 corridor. <br />
