This is due in large part to having no water or sew r-infrastructure available to support development. Design and ultimately construction of water and <br /> sewer infrastructure in this EDD will remove one of the barriers to development in the area. Design of water and sewer infrastructure to serve this area would be <br /> done in conjunction with collaborabon with the City of Hillsborough who is the utility service provider in the area. This area is generally located around the <br /> northwest, southwest, southeast quadrants of 1-40 and Old HC 86 as well as the southeast quadrant of 1-85 and new NC 86. <br /> 46 <br />
