This is due in large part to having no water or sewer infrastructure available to support development. Design and ultimately <br /> construction of water and sewer infrastructure in this FIND will remove one of the barriers to development in the area. Design of water and sewer <br /> infrastructure to serve the Phase 2 portion of the Bucl hors-1 lei ane EDD is currently underway. The Phase 2 portion is generally the lard that is bounded <br /> by Buckhom Road to the west Gravelly Dill Middle School to the east, the 1 nterstates 40135.to the north and West Teri.Road to the south. This jroect is an <br /> P <br /> estimate of the construction costs for water-and sewer extensions to serge this Phase 2 area described above. This project includes approximately 20,000 <br /> linear feet of sewer farce main, 3000 linear feet of 10"gravity sewer line, 11X000 linear feet of 10"water ,Hain and an upgrade to the existing pump um station <br /> looted near the Gravelly Hill Middle School. <br /> F 2 <br />
