� <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. Crayton shall be compensated an annual salary of <br /> $95,000 and shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as an employee who has been <br /> employed by Orange County for 10 years. This does not include longevity, retirement credit, <br /> or any benefit other than leave accrual. Motor Vehicle Propertv Tax Release/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a refund resolution, which is incorporated by reference, related to thirty- <br /> one(31) requests for motor vehicle property tax releases or refunds in accordance with NCGS. <br /> d. Propertv Tax Releases and/or Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property values <br /> related to forty-nine (49) requests for property tax release and/or refund in accordance with <br /> North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> e. Applications for Propertv Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br /> The Board approved six (6) untimely applications for exemption/exclusion from ad valorem <br /> taxation for the 2010 tax year. <br /> f.
