In accordance <br />with the.SAPF4 Memoranda of Understanding ~MCU~, the Board of County Commissioners <br />(BGCC~ approved the November 15, 201 o actual membership and capacity numbers for Orange <br />County Schools and Chapel Hill - Carrboro City Schools at its meeting on December 6, 2010 and <br />revised ACS membership and capacity numbers at the February 1, 2011 meeting. <br />The SAPFOTAC, comprised of representatives of both school systems and the Planning Directors <br />of the County and Towns has produced the 2011 Annual Report. As per the SAPFD M~U, the <br />annual technical report contains information on Level of Service, Building Capacity, Membership <br />Date, Capital Investment Plan, Student Membership Projection Methodology, Student Membership <br />Projections, Student Membership Growth Rate, StudentlHousing Generation Rate, and the SAPFC <br />Process. Enclosed for your use are copies of the 2011 Executive Summary and the April 5, 2011 <br />BOCC meeting agenda item abstract when the BOCC received the draft report. <br />The full draft SAPFCTAC report is available on the Orange County Planning Department webslte <br />in the Current Interest Projects section <br />[Note: Report will be uploaded to webslte when BOCC receives report and authorizes <br />transmittal to SAPF~ partners; actual webslte address will be printed here prior to the letter <br />being signed <br />
