Remove the top layer of vinyl. Install t/4" lauan plywood and a new <br />vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 sq yd. Install 3 1/a" <br />baseboard and shoe molding. <br />4. Prepare the walls & ceiling for paint. Skim all damaged wall areas <br />with filler. Fill all holes & cracks with filler. Sand the sheetrock <br />filler smooth. Prime the walls & trim with an oil bonding primer. <br />Paint the walls, ceiling & trim using semi-gloss latex paint. <br />The paint shall cover completely. <br />5. Prepare the vanity for paint. Prime the vanity with an oil based <br />bonding primer. Paint the vanity with semi-gloss latex paint. <br />The paint shall cover completely. <br />6. Install matching door casing & door stop on the bathroom door. <br />MASTER BATHROOM: <br />1. Install two walls clips for the hand-held shower. Install one at <br />normal shower height. Install the 2"d clip approximately 40 inches <br />from the bottom of the tub. <br />2. Remove the crown molding over the tub. Properly insta113" crown <br />molding. <br />3. Install all necessary trim around the commode to cover the large <br />openings. <br />4. Install all missing door casing, window casing & corner trim. <br />The trim shall match the existing molding. <br />5. Install a new privacy lock on the bathroom door. <br />6. Prepare the walls, ceiling & trim for paint. Paint the trim, walls & <br />ceiling with semigloss latex paint. <br />The paint shall cover completely. <br />10 <br />7. Install a shower rod & curtain. <br />
