Prepare the hall walls for paint. Repair any damaged areas with sheetrock filler. Prime the walls with an oil bonding primer. Paint the walls with flat latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 sq yd. Install new shoe molding and metal trim at the door opening. Prime and paint the shoe molding with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. 2. Prepare the sheetrock walls and ceiling for paint. Re-mud all exposed tape joints and corners. Fill all nail holes. Sand all filler smooth. Prime all new sheetrock filler. Paint the walls and ceiling with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely.
