Remove all cabinets, countertop and sink. Remove the existing <br />12"x 12" floor tiles. <br />2. Repair the sagging section of floor located near the sink and oven. <br />Install a dropped girder to help support the floor framing. The <br />dropped girder shall be a 4x6 treated. Install post jacks Oft OC. <br />The post jacks shall rest on solid masonry approved by the Orange <br />County Inspection Department. <br />3. Remove the particleboard from the kitchen and dining room floor. <br />Install matching plywood in both kitchen and dining rooms. <br />4. Prepare the floor for vinyl. Install'/4" lauan plywood and a new vinyl <br />floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 sq. yd. Install all necessary <br />metal trim in door openings. _ <br />5. Install new shoe molding in the kitchen, dining room and hallway. <br />Stain the shoe molding to match the existing paneling and trim. <br />6. <br />Install factory made kitchen cabinets. The new cabinets shall match <br />the existing cabinet layout. Cabinets to have hardwood fronts and a <br />factory finish. The cabinets shall have new hinges and hardware. <br />Install all necessary trim to finish off the wall cabinets.. <br />7. Install new rolled back formica tops on all base cabinets. Install all <br />necessary wall back-splash. All corner joints shall be tight to <br />prevent water intrusion. <br />8. Install a 91ite exterior, insulated door unit in the kitchen. <br />The unit shall have an aluminum threshold and weather-stripping. <br />Install matching solid trim on the interior. Install an entry lockset <br />and double cylinder deadbolt. Key both lockset and deadbolt to <br />match the new front door unit. Stain the casing to match the existing <br />trim. _ <br />18 <br />9. Install a baseboard door bumper for the kitchen door. <br />
