Remove the insulation from the attic. Install a <br />lockset and deadbolt keyed alike. Install a wide view peephole. <br />Prime the new casing with an oil based primer. <br />2. Install a full view aluminum storm door. The storm door to have <br />a pneumatic closure, vinyl sweep and limited lifetime warranty. <br />Door shall be complete with all hardware. <br />3. Prepare the ceiling for a sprayed texture. Fill all nail holes and <br />damaged areas with sheetrock filler. Sand all new sheetrock filler. <br />Prime the ceiling with a stain blocking primer. Spray a texture on <br />the ceiling. Install all needed plastic for over-spray. <br />4. Prepare all painted trim for paint. Caulk all cracks with latex caulk. <br />Fill all nail holes with painters putty. Paint all trim with semi-gloss <br />latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />5. Prepare the front door for paint. Prime as necessary. Paint the door <br />with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />6. Install new carpet and pad. The carpet to cost not less than $ 14 sq. <br />yd. Install metal trim at the door opening to the kitchen. Trim all <br />doors that rub the carpet. <br />
