Remove the baseboard heat circuits from the service panel. <br />Remove all baseboard wall thermostats from the walls.. Install <br />dummy covers over all existing controllers. <br />PLUMBING: <br />1. Install a new double bowl stainless steel sink and single lever <br />faucet with sprayer in the kitchen. The sink faucet shall be of <br />Delta quality orpre-approved equal. Install new PVC drain line <br />assembly, strainer, supply lines and cutoffs. Make all plumbing <br />connections. <br />2. Re-install the wall mount sink in the bathroom. Install a new <br />drain, supply lines and cutoffs. <br />3. Install a new handicap commode, supply line and cutoff. <br />Make all plumbing connections. <br />4. Install a new single lever combination tub/shower valve. The faucet <br />shall be of Delta quality orpre-approved equal. Make all plumbing <br />connections. <br />5. Install ahand-held shower with two (2) clips. Install one clip at <br />normal shower height. Install the 2"a wall clip approximately 40" <br />from the tub bottom. <br />6. Install a new PVC drain line assembly & trip lever for the tub. <br />Make all plumbing connections. <br />ROOF <br />1. Install a shingle type ridge vent. Remove a three inch section <br />from the ridge before the vent is installed. <br />2. Repair the damaged roof section over the kitchen sink area. Remove <br />approximately 2 bundles of shingles. Remove approximately 1 sheet <br />or 32 sq ft of damaged sheathing. Install matching plywood, felt paper <br />and shingles. <br />
